Brook Farm Court - Willoughby on the Wolds

Soar Valley Homes purchased this victorian farmstead back in 1998.
Consisting of a turn of the century farmhouse with brick and steel framed outbuildings the site covered an area of 1.2 acres.
Through various consultations with the local planning authority, our intention was to create in addition to the farmhouse, a courtyard arrangement of buildings using the existing brick built barns with a larger enclosure of new build.

Using reclaimed materials along with our established traditional contruction methods we were able to complete a development which was unique yet sympathetic to its village surroundings.
With the recent addition of a gate lodge style dwelling this site was and still remains one of the most desirable locations in this village.
