Hall Farm, Hall Farm Court, Pond Street, Seagrave > Picture gallery
All of our projects are special to us, however this site located on the edge of the village but still within the conservation area remains one of our flagship developments.
Constructed in two phases - the first phase consisted of three new dwellings set in a courtyard arrangement with fabulous South and East views over the Leicestershire countryside and Park Hill golf course.
These stunning properties were built using reclaimed stone and handmade brick along with a reclaimed roof slate.
Large glazed areas were incorporated with english oak framing predominant throughout these properties.
The second phase of this project involved the conversion of two brick built barns, the renovation of the original farmhouse and the addition of a new dwelling to complete the courtyard arrangement.
Many of the original features were retained as one of these barns is Grade II listed as it was formally a chapel some 150 years earlier.
Commenced in 2001 and completed with 18 months this development had a project value of over 3 million pounds.
