
Holmleigh Farmhouse
The ultimate country homes in the ultimate location is the best way to describe the Holmleigh development at Hose in the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire.
Following purchase of this five acre site in the summer of 2007, we forwarded to the local planning authority a scheme which would both enhance and be sympathetic to the village within the setting of the conservation area. We proposed to create a large gated courtyard which would be centred to the construction of four new substantial homes based upon barn architecture.
