Following completion of the highly successful Manor Court project, Soar Valley purchased this adjacent site and continued the construction of these traditional homes around a courtyard environment.
Commencing with the renovation of the 200 year old period farmhouse, we developed the remaining land into providing four dwellings built totally with reclaimed bricks, stone and roof tiles.
These four, five and six bedroom properties were all complete along with the farmhouse in less than twelve months.
Location here again was Soar Valleys first consideration with access to Paget Croft taken from the enviable Brook Street address which is considered to be the prime location in the conservation village of Wymeswold.
