Holmleigh Court - Hose

Stunning country homes in an enviable location would best describe our latest development in the pretty village of Hose in North Leicestershire. Set in the former grounds of Holmleigh Farmhouse we are constructing in typical barn architecture four unique homes arranged around a large open formal courtyard.

These substantial properties will enjoy uninterrupted views to the south and west over open countryside in addition to having the benefits of large gardens and a secure private gated entrance.

Traditional methods of construction with reclaimed materials ensure that these dwellings offer considerable character in appearance but include a specification of a contemporary nature on the internal finishing and fitments. A solid oak staircase, hardwood double glazed high spec windows and oak internal doors, floors in travertine, limestone and oak, hand crafted kitchens with granite work surfaces, beautiful white contemporary bathrooms with natural stone tiling to walls and floors and york paving with tumbled setts to driveways are all a few included to the specification of all of the homes at Holmleigh.

Development commenced in the summer of 2008 and completion is anticipated at the end of 2009.

The renovation of Holmleigh Farmhouse was completed in six months and was sold earlier this year.
