Stunning country homes in an enviable location would be the best way of describing this development in the pretty village of Hose in North East Leicestershire.

Completed in autumn 2011this site consisted of four substantial properties built around a courtyard which enjoyed a private gated access off Bolton Lane.

Traditional methods of construction with reclaimed materials ensured that these dwellings had considerable traditional character but included internally a specification of a contemporary nature. This proved most desirable as all of the homes sold within weeks from being marketed. Two of the properties enjoyed the feature of a large oak frame which replicated what would have been a formal barn door entrance. These frames fully glazed provided quite stunning views over the large gardens both at ground and first floors.

Completing the development was the renovation of the original period farmhouse which stands at the entrance to the site but has its own separate private remote gated access.
