Having carried out a number of projects in the villages of North Leicestershire, we decided with the location in mind to develop a site on the banks of the River Trent in the Nottinghamshire suburb of Wilford Village.
Following numerous discussions with the local planning authority we designed the Waters Edge buildings comprising of five three bedroomed unique properties with stunning views over the River Trent and Nottingham beyond.
Due for completion in July 2006 these waterside buildings were designed and contructed in a traditional style from the outside but finished in a contempory style internally.
